Meritocracy at its finest. Sure glass screwed up on a custom glass order that required pre-measurements. The Sure glass crew took the measurements and fabricated the glass. When it came to installation, they realized that they mis-measured the glass. They fabricated and installed another glass. It too was off by over a quarter inch from one side to another. Instead of fixing the problem again they just invoiced and persisted for payment. I refused to pay until it was fixed. They then went behind my back and received payment from my wife. Now when I shower I look at the quarter inch imperfection and always think " Sure glass.... the champions of mediocrity"

I've had tons of trouble with my overhead door (not originally purchased from sure glass). Sure glass always comes through and has fixed it 3 times outside of business hours when I could not close it. Their crew is friendly and helpful.
Helpful and quick but pricey.
