Rooms were good. Close to restaurants and stores. Very Friendly Staff. After check out, 24hrs later, called them, Bonny answered and went above and beyond to find stuff I had lost. Will definitely stay again
Nice to find an American brand name. We had a large, quiet, and comfortable standard no-frills room at the end of the hall, upstairs. There were two levels, but no elevator. So know this ahead of time and don't be like us hauling luggage upstairs.Super 8 serves the standard breakfast across it's brand. We look for places that include breakfast, as this is faster in the mornings. It is good and hot and we always know what we are getting.Adequate off-street parking. Easy-in and easy-out. This property is located across the road from a gas station and a grocery store for on the road snacks.There is a restaurant right next door. Pleasant and helpful front desk person.Pet Friendly.
This place was provided a very comfortable experience. The employees are all welcoming, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner, as well as gas stations for a quick fill up. Overall, I recommend staying here when you visit Pincher Creek.
If I could give a 1/2 star... The guy finally comes to talk to me and says we can have a reduced rate on a room where someone smoked the night before. When we get there it does stink so I said whats the deal and he says, Oh, no deal. I say Excuse Me? He says, Oh we're so busy we don't need you. Then his useless wife won't even hold the door for me as I depart. Slams it right in front of me as she goes out. Yeah, Nice people. Don't get common courtesy that exists in this country unfortunately.
It's nothing extravagant but it is pet friendly and the staff are wonderful. It's a great place to rest if you're out and about seeing the sights.
