Not the most scenic location or cleanest campground but its affordable and makes fir a good stopping place outside of waterton
I like this place. It's situated next to Pincher Creek (the creek ) the grounds are filled with trees. When there are no other campers you really get a feeling you are in the woods - although you're right in town! A bit pricey though at $24 for a tent plus $3 for showers. I would like to see $20 all in. But nevertheless I like the place and camp often.
For right on the edge of Pincher Creek this campground is awesome. Couldn't tell we were so close to the town with the creek nearby and trees all around. Will go back.
While I was unable to stay here because they were fully booked, they were able to give me great advice to find another campground on short notice. The guy behind the counter brought me into a back room and busted out a massive map and showed me exactly where I needed to go! That is some next level service!
